I schedule a paid consultation through my EAP to assist with estate planning. This “lawyer” cancelled my meeting within 1 minute of us being on the call for the consultation because I wasn’t immediately on camera for the zoom call. I told the lawyer I wasn’t appropriately dressed to be on camera, but okay and turned on my camera. Once I turned on the camera, Johann immediately ended the call. The receptionist Mina, stated they require I be on camera, although it was never stated we have to be on camera. I was only meeting for a consultation to do my estate planning. Why do I need to be on camera? Mina proceeded to argue with me instead of rescheduling or notifying my EAP that the appointment was cancelled and I can use the meeting with a different lawyer. This is an extremely unprofessional law office and I would not recommend this sorry excuse of professionalism to my worst enemy.
