Avoid Lakeland Law Firm at All Costs! Zero Stars! I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Lakeland Law Firm was so frustrating that I felt compelled to share. From start to finish, this firm was a complete disappointment. First off, the communication was abysmal. I called multiple times to get updates on my case, only to be left on hold for ages or to have my calls never returned. When I did manage to speak with someone, they were unhelpful and seemed completely disinterested in my situation. The legal advice I received was generic and seemed more like a template than personalized counsel. I expected a level of expertise and professionalism, but instead, I felt like I was just another case number in a stack. The lack of attention to detail and the poor quality of the advice led to a lot of unnecessary stress and delays. To make matters worse, the billing was a nightmare.
