My family and I have used Schwei and Wendt for many different legal issues from divorces to wills. Schwei and Wendt is an amazing and highly professional law firm that maintains immense focus on the needs of their clients. I cannot say enough about this law firm; Both Marjorie Wendt and Jacob Schwei and their staff are well-organized and committed to the client. Marjorie Wendt is well versed in family law and really takes the time to get to know her clients and their cases. She has given me excellent legal advice for the past 20 years. She is easy to contact and responds promptly. She is an absolutely wonderful and trustworthy person and I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs help with family law.
Marjorie Wendt was my GAL and she was also my x husband's new wife's attorney at the same time. She was also the special master. Who knew she could wear so many hats and rule in favor of my x husband against our MSA. it cost me $40,000.00 to get my name off the marital property because Marjorie Wendt sided with her clients boyfriend against the MSA filled Milwaukee County. BEWARE Marjorie also billed Waukesha Country for her service which I paid and also refused to submit

She gives her honest opinion, doesn't try to milk you for money (like some attorneys) and lays out realistic expectations of what is or is not possible. She's a pit bull but a sweetheart in person. Attorney Majorie Wendt is simply amazing! She provides realistic responses/ answers and timely correspondence. We’ve used several services from her and I cannot recommend her enough to family, friends and even strangers looking for a specific attorney.
Received a judgment of $500 against this guy in his favor for Attorney Jacob Schwie paid the judgment right away and he as "an Officer of the court" as he likes to call himself failed to record the monies that was paid to him right away. Now its Dec 2015 and the creep still insists that I have not paid him. Again "as an officer of the court" should know better. This so called judgment he has accepted as part of another document with another attorney he didnt even bother to register and lift the lien and just went ahead and tacked more monies on top of it. Then when he was summonunezed to court he just doesnt show up. When telephoned and asked why he never lifted the judgment he wanted to argue and still insisted I never paid the judgment and informed him that I was just in front of a judge in waukesha county and she wanted to know why he never lifted the judgment either. It is his obligation to get the lien lifted once it is paid. Attorney scwhei YOU ARE OBLIGATED AS AN OFFICER OF THE COURT
