Kreps Law Firm, LLC has been a pure and simple answered Prayer from GOD for me…I did a lot of Praying before choosing a lawyer for what I needed…I have been repeatedly shocked and even brought to tears by the compassion and respect along with the kindness that I have been shown by Attorney Caroline Hooten…I can never thank her enough…she has stood by me and encouraged me when I was falling apart…it’s a rare thing to find someone so intelligent and professional yet have true kindness in their heart…she does her job because of her belief in justice and seeing that it is carried through…I will never use anyone else if I ever find a need for an attorney again…Attorney Hooten and KREPS Law Firm deserves a10 star rating…I tell everyone I know!!!

I was ticketed for passing a stopped school bus while on a business trip in Alabama. The bus was going the other direction on the opposite side of a 6-lane road, and I genuinely never saw it. I was willing to pay the fee for the ticket, but for that offense Alabama requires you to appear in court in person, which was a problem for me because I live on the other side of the country. The fee to hire Kreps was significantly cheaper than the cost to take time off work and travel cross-country for the court appearance, so I hired them to appear on my behalf. I was planning on still paying the ticket, just hiring Kreps to appear in court for me. But Kreps went above and beyond my expectations, and actually got the ticket dismissed altogether! I couldn't be more grateful for them. They saved me tons of time and money, and were very responsive and easy to work with.

This is the best lawyer I believe I could have got for my addiction case with the nursing board. He was there through every step of the way and devoted himself to my case even when I wanted to give up on my own case. I recommend Kreps %100 percent because of him I’m able to be a nurse again today when at one time it seemed like there was no hope!

Although I didn’t receive the desired outcome, I assume that the attorney herself did the best she could. The unfavorable feedback that I have to offer would be the tone of some of the practices correspondence, the emphasis on capitalization of particular words and the phrasing of certain information that’s being communicated. The communication at times was very passive aggressive and at times conveyed in what I perceived as a condescending and offensive tone.
