John Kosylo laughs when I tell him to put his Superman cape on, I have a client in need of help. True story. He's helped MANY MANY clients of mine. The most remarkable? My client had a predatory investor pay a devious but legal lawyer to try to steal her home out from under her. They owed back taxes. The lawyer (flippers') called my client and told her not to worry about the back taxes. She would have almost 2 years before the sheriff sale. In approx. 6 weeks the home was slated for sheriff sale. Thank God I told her to contact John. John was able to contact the appropriate authorities to stop the sale so we could sell it outright. Her family had suffered 3 cancer deaths and her brothers fiancé to a drunk driver. She was everyone's caretaker. This is why they fell behind in taxes. She, her brother and her straight A student daughter were able to sell their home, buy another one and move on with their lives. They would've been on the street had it not been for John. In the end, I asked John to send me a bill for his work. He said, "No, that's ok. The family has already been through too much. " This is why I tell him to put on his Superman cape. He's probably going to be mad at me for relaying this story. He'd rather be a good guy with no applause. Well I believe in giving credit where credit is due. Thank you John. You have a heart as big as Texas. I'd give you 6 Stars if I could.
Have used John many times. He’s one of the best out there.
John represented us when we were checking on a property, house turned to have a huge issues with septic (which was not stated in agreement), so I asked John to get reimbursement for septic inspection. Paid all applicable fees to John but when we talked about reimbursement for inspection, John disappeared, so I could not reach him by phone calls nor emails. After 3 month our realtor agent got in touch with John regarding our issue and he refused to ask for reimbursement without any explanation. This kind of relationships are not professional at all.
John Kosylo is a very good attorney as per my experience with John! As a seller of a residential property, I had no need to retain an attorney, but I decided to ask for John Kosylo's help anyway! And I think it was a very good decision, as John helped to clear some unexpected issues and he helped to do closing on time!
Paid 600$ for nothing. Used John's services in order to check a property agreement. John just read an agreement, told us that is a typical agreement and nothing to do with that. Then I found out that the property in really bad shape, and I'm not gonna buy it. Asked John to help me with reimbursement process with seller, since I paid a lot money for inspections and would like to have them back. Joe didn't answer any of my emails.
