I had such a great experience with Lynda and her staff. They were friendly, welcoming and very diligent in helping me to accomplish what I needed done in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this law firm for any family matters you may have. Very professional, courteous, friendly and kind to me and my family.
I retained Lynda for what I thought would be a relatively quick matter. My case ended up taking nearly a year to resolve. Lynda and her team were kind, easy to communicate with and put me at ease throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Lynda and her wonderful team.
I found Hinckle law firm and it's associates to be extremely unprofessional. They lied and mislead our family regarding our case . They took our money and never produced not even one piece of legitimate services. It was basically a money grab. She's still in possession of the legal documents that were provided to litigate our case and still retains possession of them to this date. If zero stars was an option I would have chosen that. I feel as it is my duty to report their malfeasance to prevent vulnerable individuals from soliciting her services.
Edit 3/27/25: I just had the office do a new estate plan and a child custody/child support update. My original review still stands. They communicated very well and did not do anything to unnecessarily run up my bill. They gave great advice and really listened to my goals and point of view. Lynda and her staff were great to work with. Very prompt and efficient with their communications. They didn’t run up my bill unnecessarily. I greatly appreciate that they strongly advocated for me to make the best decisions for myself instead of settling just to avoid a “fight” or to get things over with as soon as possible.
Lynda is so amazing and so is her awesome staff who work hard to make every experience a memorable and fun structured experience. I continune to utilize the services of Ms Hinkle as she recently assisted my new family recently with a legal issue. Lynda treats her clients like friends and has an amazing way of making a complex issues into a simple process. Thank you once again Lynda for your continued support over the years and assistant. You are a true advocate for us hard working parents!
