She is very friendly, understanding and is always available to answer questions. I had a disappointing experience with Khalique Law PLLC. On December 4th, I traveled from the Bronx in freezing weather for an in-person consultation, paying $250 for an hour. The meeting was mostly informational, and Attorney Khalique promised to follow up via email with answers to our remaining questions and fee details by Friday. She mentioned being booked until January and asked for an expedited fee for starting in the second week of January, which we agreed to. However, we never received any follow-up communication from her. This lack of response feels unprofessional and inconsiderate, especially given the effort we made to meet in person. While it's understandable if she didn't want to take on our asylum case, a simple follow-up email would have been courteous and helpful. **UPDATE** I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews, but in this case, I had to. 1. I never received any email from you other than the automated thank you. 2. A quick update such as 'Still looking into it' would've been courteous. I am sure it wouldn't take more than 2 minutes.I left the review after 11 days.
