My family hired Kedia for sentencing purposes in my criminal case. First, she did not correct very simple things I asked her to correct on the Pre Sentencing Report. Her failure to correct obvious material facts resulted in my Judge giving me significant prison time. She then gave me false information about my appeal process resulting in my missing an opportunity to appeal my sentence within the required 30 day window. She then was aware that a former convicted felon was visiting me in prison and holding himself out as an attorney unbeknowst to me. She refused after I was sent away to communicate, give my my much needed Judgment of Conviction, and putting my very life at risk. After release, she once again refused to correspond when I asked if she had in her possession the transcripts from my plea or sentence hearings. Kedia is a typical, callous lawyer. She does not care about you before, and certainly not after the checks are cashed. Her PR is great, but in reality, she is no "lioness". She is more like a hyena or vulture. My advice: stay away and find someone who will actually defend you and fight for you and your family.
