Years ago I was being harassed by my ex. Kate was my lawyer. My ex had tried to hire several people to kill me and my daughter a couple of years before. I had filed a police report but the officer never wrote it up. Kate had him go back to his notes and write the report. She fights all out for her clients. If I still lived in California, I would have definitely have used her for my last divorce. I highly recommend her!
Lies to judges about the contents of custody orders and defends abusers. I do not recommend her and find her to be manipulative of judges, her fellow lawyers, and victims. She enables and excuses harassment, and trivializes domestic violence. Her work is shoddy and unprofessional, and a disgrace to the US justice system. Look elsewhere and beware
Horrible. Supports harassment. Too old to use technology properly. Too old to hear anything and lies in court. Also, according to her it’s my first amendment right to leave negative review for old ladies I don’t like. Gross person who represents violent abusers.
I hired Kate years ago and she was very feisty in court. She was very punctual, responsive and has her expertise. I liked the way she handled my case.
