Beautiful office place, However, Josh Gruenberg is one cold hearted attorney. I went in today for a consultation on my potential case, after discussing for only about 20 minutes, he rushed me into trying to sign the contract with him, and when I told him I would like to read it over to get a full understanding of what I’m signing, he put his hand out for the contracts, took them and threw them out in front of my face, and said he will not be taking the case anymore and that I can go ahead and get out, and walked to his door and opened it to let me out and said I can let myself out from there. Just a very off putting man. His other attorney Samantha however, was nice and was the only one truly listening to me. Very disappointed with this interaction. No client should be rushed into signing anything, then on top of that be treated disrespectfully. Red flag law firm. Update: this was Josh’s response that has now been deleted! As you can see, Josh Gruenberg is as unprofessional as they come. Do yourself a favor and look up on the bar how many complaints he has. Do not waste your time with him

The secretary was the sweetest, so this star is for her. Josh on the other hand - was a piece of work. He messaged me saying that he could help me, then when I called him he yelled at me for 10 minutes explaining all the reasons why he couldn't. For someone who is already traumatized and seeking legal action to handle a case, you would think someone could have just a little empathy? Nope. He was asking me questions about the law which I didn't know, maybe because obviously I'm not a lawyer which is the reason why I was seeking guidance. I've already found someone to represent me and has much more knowledge around the law than Josh. I wanted to speak with him if he had anything better to offer but that was a mistake. If you want someone who is going to belittle you and think your case is worthless, go ahead and hire this guy. Like the other review said, the positive reviews are most likely phony. Please proceed with caution.

I met with Mr.Gruenberg more than 10 years ago in a hotel bed bug lawsuit. My friend who does employment law, said he was the best and really dedicated to helping his clients After a mere month, he had mediated my case and won me a settlement. It was fabulous…well not the bed bug part! Fast forward to today, and I reached out for a business dispute, and he has assisted me with several suggestions about my course of action. He has sent me emails, patiently answering my questions, even though my case isn’t his specialty. After 12 years he still shares and helps, with professionalism, his former clientele. I do not hesitate to recommend him and his firm, for their expediency, knowledge and continued dedication to previous clients, and future ones.

I was interested in inquiring for a defense attorney, but after reviewing the comments made by Faye and others recently I became weary, he seems like he pushes people to sign contracts on the spot after he asks them to come into his office for an in person visit and then gaslights them into signing a contract without properly allowing them time to review it and understand what they are signing, not great and definitely won’t be reaching out based off what I’ve read, seems like a scam
