• Jen was our attorney for starting our first Will. She was so kind so helpful and explained everything several times to make sure we understood everything. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her and the whole staff. My largest and only gripe is that she cannot be my attorney for everything. The only attorney I felt cared about me and not an hourly rate. You cannot go wrong with Jen.
• Karen prepared wills for my husband and I. We were able to easily get an appointment and the wills were prepared accurately and timely. She walked us through the process in a professional and patient manner, and made us feel very comfortable. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and so delightful to work with. • We had Karen Gainey complete our wills/living wills. She is very friendly and funny. We received our documents in a timely manner. She answered any questions that we had promptly. Her office staff was very welcoming and friendly as well. We used the Hyatt Legal Program offered through our employer, the only gripe I had was that the initial appointment was so far out from when I called to schedule (I believe 1 1/2 months).

• Very unprofessional. Ms. Gainey actually compromised my new identity which could cost me my life. I'm a survivor of a very violent brutal crime. Now I need to go back to Florida judge to see what we need to do about my identity. She Did not follow my mother's wishes as dictated in her will. Still isn't finished and my mother deceased 4 years. Karen Gainey and her reseptionist will yell and hang up phone refusing to give status or any other information. Karen or her receptionist never sends any updates or communicates with me as she is only concerned with one of my mother's daughters ( the one that hired her) I firmly believe they are friends on a social level. This attorney should be presenting my mother's will not any one of her 4 daughter's. The four of us should receive some information especially with this dragging out so many years.
