My wife and I have worked with Slepian and Schwartz several times over the 10+ years we have lived in Peachtree City. We have always been very impressed with their customer service, professionalism, and knowledge. We have used them for real estate closings and transactions and most recently to establish an LLC. Eric handled this for me and I could not have been more impressed. I needed the company established fairly quickly and the company bent over backwards to make that happen. When I went to the office (which is very nice) to review the LLC documents, Eric spent a great deal of time fully explaining all the documents. Additionally, he explained in detail everything I needed to do to run my business and protect myself in case a legal matter arose. I could not have been happier with how I was treated but one thing that impressed me the most was that all of my emailed questions were answered the same day I sent them. In fact, Eric answered several of my emails after hours which is truly going above and beyond for a customer. Every experience I have had with Slepian and Schwartz has exceeded my expectations and I give them my highest recommendation.

Eric Slepian drew up a will that covered all of the needs that we relayed to him in our interview. The will was very clear and comprehensive. When the will was completed he sat down with us and went through every item and explained it in detail. Through the whole process we knew that we were valued customers and treated like royalty. I highly recommend this firm to anyone that needs legal advise or service.

The seller's affidavit contained language that was not accurate and a misrepresentation. I asked the closing attorney about it and he blew me off. I asked again and he blew me off again and quickly changed the subject and went on to talk to the buyer about something else. I felt completely dismissed like my question was stupid. I went ahead and signed anyway to get the deal done, but did not appreciate the way I was treated. The closing attorney was not aware that I am a real estate attorney myself, and I understand what I am talking about. I felt as though he just tried to brush me off as a silly dumb girl trying to ask a question. I did not want to cause a scene in front of the room but regret letting this man treat me in such a diminishing manner. I'm giving three stars because the assistants and paralegals who navigated the closing and did all the work were very responsive and super easy to work with.
