Justice Services Introduce

Welcome to our platform for Nearby Lawyers. Today, we are providing information about Justice Services, a law office located at 5200 77 Center Dr #100, Charlotte, NC 28217, USA. They can be contacted at phone number (704) 334-1312 or mobile phone +1 704-334-1312.

Justice Services is a law office that appears to offer legal assistance to individuals. However, the available reviews from real customers paint a concerning picture regarding their handling of cases, communication, and overall client experience. For local users in Charlotte seeking legal representation, it is crucial to carefully consider this feedback before engaging their services.

One reviewer recounts a deeply negative experience spanning over two years. Initially, they were told by the staff that Justice Services could handle their case. The reviewer claims that despite assurances from the lawyers that the case would proceed to court, and after the reviewer dropped off paperwork at an office that was in the process of moving and had its front door open, the firm later stated they never received the documents. This raises serious questions about the security and organization of their office during a transition period.

The situation reportedly worsened as Justice Services continued to assure the client that they had all necessary information to provide a defense. Shockingly, nearly three years later, the client received a letter stating that due to the statute of limitations, they could no longer sue to protect their rights. The reviewer explicitly states, "It was the worst experience I have ever had with any lawyer," and accuses the firm of taking advantage of their emotions and failing to provide any actual representation despite the passage of a significant amount of time.

Adding to these serious allegations, the reviewer expresses a belief that Justice Services accepted payment with the intention of allowing the statute of limitations to expire, thereby preventing the client from pursuing their case against another company. They conclude with a strong warning: "I do not recommend them."

Another lengthy and highly critical review details two separate cases handled by a firm referred to as "Justice Campbell," which appears to be the same entity as Justice Services given the context. This reviewer also expresses extreme dissatisfaction, despite initially finding the office staff (Patricia and Phyllis) pleasant. The core complaint is that the law firm "will not fight for it's clients."

This second reviewer experienced inconsistencies in communication, stating they had to repeatedly call the office to follow up on their own cases (a workman's comp and an accident case) over a period of approximately two and a half to three years. They describe the outcome as "very unsatisfactory," alleging that the firm did not adequately represent their interests and essentially "rip me off," implying that the financial compensation received was disproportionately low compared to the firm's fees or the potential value of the cases.

The reviewer explicitly advises others: "don't deal with this Law Firm... not good... Don't deal with them it'll be very disappointed!! You've Been warned!!!" This forceful language underscores the depth of their negative experience and their strong conviction that others should avoid this firm.

Based on these overwhelmingly negative reviews, it is exceedingly difficult to objectively describe positive features or a favorable environment at Justice Services. The recurring themes in the feedback point to significant issues with:

  • Case Management: Allegations of lost paperwork and allowing the statute of limitations to expire suggest serious deficiencies in how cases are handled and deadlines are managed.
  • Communication: Both reviewers highlight a lack of proactive communication from the firm, forcing clients to constantly follow up on their own cases.
  • Client Representation: There are direct accusations of failing to fight for clients' rights and providing unsatisfactory representation.
  • Professionalism and Trustworthiness: The first review raises concerns about taking advantage of a client's emotions and potentially acting in a way that harmed their legal standing. The second review uses strong terms like "rip me off," indicating a severe lack of trust.
  • Office Organization: The incident of leaving the front door open during a move and subsequently claiming lost paperwork suggests a lack of attention to basic security and organizational processes.

Given the severity and consistency of the negative feedback, any attempt to present promotional information for Justice Services based solely on these reviews would be misleading and irresponsible. The overwhelming message from these real customers is one of profound disappointment and a strong recommendation to avoid this law firm.

For local users in Charlotte seeking legal assistance, these reviews serve as a critical warning. While every individual's experience may vary, the issues raised by multiple clients over extended periods should not be taken lightly. If you are considering Justice Services for your legal needs, it would be imperative to:

  • Seek legal representation elsewhere, given the serious allegations of negligence and poor client service.
  • If you still choose to consider them, conduct extremely thorough due diligence, including seeking additional reviews from various sources and asking very pointed questions about their case management procedures, communication protocols, and fee structures.
  • Consult with other law firms in Charlotte to compare their reputations, client feedback, and areas of expertise.
  • Verify the credentials and disciplinary history of the attorneys at Justice Services through the relevant state bar association.

In conclusion, the available online reviews for Justice Services in Charlotte, NC, are overwhelmingly negative, citing significant issues with case management, communication, client representation, and overall professionalism. Local users seeking legal assistance are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution and consider these experiences carefully when making decisions about their legal representation. The feedback suggests a pattern of unsatisfactory service that could potentially harm a client's legal standing and overall well-being.

The staff was nice, they said they could take care of my case and they held my case of a little over two years. I spoke to the lawyers and they said that they were going to take my case to the court. I went to drop off all the paperwork at the office and there was no one in the office, they left the front door open when they were recently moving to the place they are in now and they said they never received the paperwork I left at the desk. They continued to confirm that they had everything they needed to defend me and then they sent me a letter saying that due to the statute of limitations they were not able to sue to protect my rights. It was the worst experience I have ever had with any lawyer. They took advantage of my emotions, they said they would defend me due to the circumstances of my case and nearly three years later they said the statute of limitations was up and did nothing regarding representation. I believe they took payment in order to take my case and let the time go by so that I could not sue the company I was suing. I do not recommend them.

Even though it took about two and a half years. Enjoy talking to Patricia and Phyllis in the office and still working with Andrea. To be honest and straight to the point this Law Firm Justice Campbell , will not fight for it's clients. God bless you all. This is the second time I had to go back to the law office. Because they was handling two cases for me workman's comp and accident . Not consistent with keeping in touch with the clients, I had to keep calling them to follow up on my own case. The law firm got just as much as got; very unsatisfactory , is not representing the client supposed to be a ,rip me off. I got out of it after 3 years of waiting. I would have done better off, not even having a lawyer, this firm anyway Justice Campbell, so this is to inform anyone else don't deal with this Law Firm. I messed up taking them on when they call me. I should have , said no I don't need your services , and searched out for my own law firm and not have someone call me to acquire my services big ! mistake, so this is to let anybody know who's reading this don't fool with these people not good. You live and learn I'll say this because they are not good!! Don't deal with them it'll be very disappointed!! You've Been warned!!!

First let me say If I could give this law firm no stars I will. The case managers and the adjusters here are very unprofessional and not consistent at all, concerning the fact that I done basically over half the work on my own case. So today I called the office to check on my case and Andrea told me that they have received my check. Do I stated to her that Keely stated that I will get a call from the office the moment the check is received and no one called me, fyi it was after 3:00 p.m. when I reached out about my case. I then asked when will I receive my check and the amount, so Andrea stated that the check has to be processed and I will receive it next week. I never heard of that before how are you all progressing a check you all did not write? And then Andrea proceeded to tell me that your amount is this and we have to hold the other half to see if the insurance company really payed your medical bills, but may I say that I turned in copies of my paid insurance statements from this accident. So Andrea stated to me o that's not what they had needed the accountant needs a letter from the insurance company. FYI I was told that the statements is what was needed. I'm posting this to say I will never let this law firm be apart of my accident claims anymore. Also I will be contacting a lawyer to go over all that this law firm has done to make sure I have not been scammed, if so I will place a law suite out on this company.

I want to share my disappointing experience with this law office to help others make informed decisions. Communication was consistently unprofessional and discourteous when seeking clarification via email. I received conflicting information from different staff members, eroding my trust in the firm. Despite providing detailed case information initially, I was puzzled when asked to resubmit it over a year later, indicating a lack of organization. The firm seemed more focused on collecting fees than providing substantial assistance, as I ended up doing the majority of the case work. As the case concluded, the process needlessly dragged on, causing additional stress. Upon requesting closure, it took an extra month and a half, resulting in an outcome below the initially communicated amount. The explanation for the delay, framed as an attempt to secure more funds, deepened my skepticism. The firm lacked essential information, requiring me to actively source and provide crucial details. This situation left me feeling like I had to do a significant portion of the workload myself. Also, despite providing my new address multiple times, (which I double checked that the new address was sent) the law office sent the checks to my old address. I only discovered this issue through my tenants, creating unnecessary complications. This adds to the list of frustrations in an already disappointing experience, revealing shortcomings in their administrative processes. In summary, my experience was unsatisfactory, ranging from unprofessional communication to questionable practices. I caution others against seeking their services and express my intent to avoid any future collaboration with this firm. I hope this review serves as a warning to those considering legal representation from this particular law office.
