I would not recommend the services of Jonathan D. Schwartz, P.A. based on my experience as a Lemon Law client. The communication throughout the process was inadequate and disorganized. I had virtually no direct interaction with Mr. Schwartz. Nearly all correspondence was managed by his assistant, who at one point, during a phone call, advised me to report a defect in my vehicle even if I could not identify one—a suggestion that raised serious ethical concerns for me. When a misunderstanding occurred regarding the vehicle surrender appointment—due in part to incomplete instructions from the office—I was treated as if the mistake was mine. Instead of a constructive resolution, I received a phone call from Mr. Schwartz in which he raised his voice and questioned my professionalism in an aggressive and inappropriate manner. The conversation left me extremely distressed, and I subsequently requested that all communication be handled in writing. After returning my vehicle, I was asked to sign a closing statement that stated Mr. Schwartz had explained the terms of the settlement to me. In reality, I never received any explanation from him. The document was sent to me via email by his assistant, without discussion or review. I signed the statement under protest because I was told it was required in order to receive my settlement funds. At every critical point, I felt unsupported, dismissed, and left to navigate a legal process without the advocacy I had retained this firm for. I have submitted a formal complaint to the Florida Bar and encourage prospective clients to do their due diligence when considering legal representation.

Yes, I heard the reputation of this business is very persistent and very strong and that’s what I need. I need strength on my side because Miami date Homestead station is full of corrupt officers. If you look it up on the Internet charge with murders of color people leaving charge of discrimination charges of writing up bad reports the guy who arrested me was a rookie. He told me he was never gonna tell my car they searched my car, but not Social, they was so rude to me like I didn’t know the law mom she’s going to practice now my uncle he’s a Bono so I am going to handle this and get this resolved because I don’t think I was flagged him down and asked him for help officer supposed to protect and serve one things Lead another to Without really disrespecting me How can people like you afford the car like this people I say so what do you mean when I got the car nowhere in the street he never been on I flagged him down for help Target me because and now I am seeking while I was already seeing the psychiatrist, and now my anxiety is through the roof because I never thought the officer would do this to me on a bunch of me. He got out my car to ask him for directions he on his walkie-talkie and told me get back into my vehicle and then he walks up, what happened to my car was an accident I said somebody hit my car in front of my camera and the car he looks at me and you don’t have a seat. I just got my car. My car is parked to ask you for directions and you gave me a ticket for seatbelt that was one of the tickets. I didn’t know we were up on me , I failed to blow breath which I took it three times just rookie got mad because it my alcohol level was at zero. I never refused to take the breathalyzer and I took the breathalyzer test. I did it. He refused to. He said I didn’t three times my car front of my car got messed up more of that now I’m going through my psychiatrist because now I’m anxiety and I feel like I’m being targeted. He was in the wrong area with him. I’m doing Homestead. I stand for the city and why are you riding so far to get your car fixed I said because this is a Mercedes-Benz and I’m not gonna let anybody just put me in my car so I’m going to Muse . Everybody might know his name but put something in my pocket like I move them here because I didn’t know that was so horrible if I knew something in my pocket that was in my department, they probably would’ve stole that I took that I would never serve you away with murder right now all statements arresting people charges they didn’t commit is no longer trust and respect and will never to under medication. I suffered from depression and triggered everything back. This man me first time he got mad at me because he said I wasn’t blow hard enough so I said show me what to do what influence which you know never seen it wasn’t nothing to me. He just when he went down he said and then he said like I feel like I was trying to judge him I’ve been up for four days never thought of thinking what happened to me I heard about it at the police station with his face oh yeah you know what don’t worry about that one will be damages of my Mercedes-Benz 300 C fixed up to the front

Johnathan has been my attorney for over 20 years. My first case was a serious DUI case. I thank GOD for allowing me to meet Johnathan. There hasn’t been not one case that Johnathan has not been able to get it dismissed. When ever you need to speak to him, he is always available. I have never heard of any attorney personally responding to his clients on evenings, weekends and even while he is on vacation.
