I called to set up a trust and the secretary asked me a lot of judgmental questions. The lawyer gets on the phone and asked why I need a trust. He laughed and said i was trying to hide from debts. He made assumptions and declined to help. They're very critical for no reason.
We have used John for all legal questions/issues for the past 30 years. Our entire family and anyone who will listen to us calls him. He is very professional and straight forward. He answers every question quickly and is unbelievably reasonable.
Please steer clear of this attorney!!! I called him to inquire about the Muller's Trust per my worker with Division of Aging and Disabilities! This is the man that the State has decided to use to set up this trust, for people who are chronically ill and who are in need the MOST for Long-Term Care! So, you would expect this individual to be compassionate, empathetic, patient, caring and helpful& pleasant! This attorney, is the COMPLETE opposite of that!!! The State needs to find another attorney to contract with, if you are a CURRENT State Worker on Long-Term Care, please DO NOT use this Attorney! Please consult with an alternate or use your OWN attorney through the Union! The SAME Union offers the SAME benefits to BOTH active or retired members! You just have to enroll according to your current work status! There are LITERALLY thousands of attorneys to choose from via the union! PLEASE find someone else to use!!! Finalot, if you are sick and in need of help, please use your own attorney if you can afford to do so, a low-cost or free attorney (you can search for one on the internet) or find alternate attorney! Call your Medicare worker and ask them to supply you with a list of alternate attorney's! Medicare has plenty attorney's to choose from who do this work, who truly care, are compassionate, who are willing to help, who are professional, patient& professional!!! PLEASE LOOK elsewhere! As you are experiencing enough ALREADY with your increasing medical needs! You do NOT need to put up with this sort of mistreatment in addition to that!!! Well, like SEVERAL other individuals have stated within this review section, this attorney there is EXTREMELY aggressive and rude!!! I called him to inquire as to the Muller's Trust, per my Division of Aging and Disabilities Worker! My Medicaid worker also referred me to him! This attorney was annoyed with me because I was trying to get the particulars of the program! This attorney stated, that my workers needed to explain this to me and that if they did NOT have the answers, then I needed to get workers understand the system! This attorney kept asking me why I was calling him and when I tried to explain this to him, he raised his voice with me and told me that he had already said something to me several times! He told me that he didn't understand why I was calling! When I explained the reason for my call, that I needed additional hours and Services as I had maxed out with the Division of Aging and Disabilities and that my medical needs have increased, he told me that he still didn't understand the reason for the call! He then proceeded to tell me that the money that would be set aside Could ONLY Be Touched By An appointed individual that they would have to purchase the items for me! He stated the money would go towards medical expenses and medical bills!! When I explained to him that I don't have any medical bills at this time, he stated that I don't need Medicaid! This attorney stated that we are not communicating at all and stated that he was being incredibly rude to me! This attorney then responded by telling me that he was NOT the attorney for me and stated that I needed to go elsewhere for assistance! This attorney was was EXTREMELY unprofessional and extremely rude from the VERY beginning of the conversation to the very end of the conversation! On top of all that, I still didn't get my questions fully answered!!!
