Jaye charged me for items he never did nor completed and charged me copious times for the same thing. As the trial neared, my new lawyer requested essential files and documents Jaye purportedly had and billed for. Jaye never produced any documents or files, just copious questionable charges. Seeing how an honest lawyer bills said it all to me after the fact. Jaye Ballard is a charlatan fraud lawyer who primarily works for 18b clients who cannot afford legal representation. This is extremely disheartening and telling of a broken system. You are better off (like I was) spending more and retaining a lawyer of better educational pedigree.
