Words cant describe how happy I am right now. In 2018, I was denied my asylum by an asylum officer and was referred to an Immigration Judge. Contacted Ms. Jaye Lowe, went over my story, directed me on the right paperwork and evidence I needed to file for my case. Fast-forward to May 25, 2023 she represented me at my hearing and I was granted my asylum. I am very grateful to Ms. Lowe , Ms. Dennis and the rest of her team for their effort and dedication throughout this process.

Words cannot describe how grateful I am to Ms. Lowe for changing my life! My husband’s immigration process was unnecessarily complicated because we went with the wrong lawyer at first. Ms. Lowe came in and fixed EVERYTHING! She has so much knowledge, wisdom, and expertise regarding immigration. Not only does she understand the process inside and out, but she truly does care about her clients. She went out of her way and drove across states and many hours to be there for our last interview just to insure everything would go well. My husband has his green card all because of Ms. Lowe. You will not find a better immigration lawyer!

From Deportation Order To Citizen!!!!: Jaye A. Lowe, ESQ My journey to become a United States Citizen was a very stressful one but after I hired Jaye A. Lowe, she laid everything out for me clearly and helped me every step of the way. I started from nothing and Jaye A. Lowe worked very hard with me, even though I was ordered to leave the country within twenty eight (28) days. She was available any time I needed her (even holidays) and always made sure I was on top of what we needed to do. She treated me like a family member and guided me not only through this case but also gave me a lot of life advice. Jay Lowe was there for me in more ways than I can even imagine and I am so thankful that I met her and could work with her. I ultimately chose Jaye A. Lowe’s law firm out of the many I contacted and that was the best decision I made. She is passionate about her cases just as she was with mine and was determined to come out of it successfully. She gave me the hope and confidence I needed when I thought I couldn’t do it anymore. I am very happy that Jaye A. Lowe represented me. If I have to recommend a lawyer to anyone, it would definitely be Jaye A. Lowe without any hesitation nor doubt. Joseph, Beltsville - Maryland

Hello All, i felt it was only right that I came over here and gave my personal experience on this journey is Immigration Law Practice because I have just become a US citizen after 6 years, it is indeed a process but it is very possible and I am truly grateful to them because my case had some issues. I moved to the states in 2016, got married and applied for EAD and green card. I received my EAD in 3 months (March 2017) and GC (Dec 2017). Unfortunately in the last months of 2019 my ex and I got divorced. During this period my GC was expiring and I had to file for removal of conditions. Being young and in love my ex and I did not really keep much documentation of our lives together so proving marriage was bonifide, that was a challenge. Luckily Miss Lowe provided me information, documentation, advice and conselling. She walked me through the application and thoroughly helped me prepare my package for removal of conditions and she did so even after I got an RFE from USCIS for removal of conditions. Immigration Law Practice thoroughly helped me prepare my response in less than 9 business days USCIS approved me for my 10 yr green card ( October 2021). Now today I am proud to say I am a US Citizen (April 2024 and Miss Lowe and Immigration Law Practice had a very huge part to play in me completing this long journey. I just want extend my gratitude and appreciation to Miss Lowe, she's professional, thorough, polite and most importantly she's been doing this for over 20 years if I am not mistaken, so she knows exactly what she is doing. Every case is different but we are all trying to achieve a common goal of being able to live and work in the US. I am certain Immigration Law Practice makes it possible to achieve that goal. Once again, thank you you guys so much!!
