Just had a simple question and the Assistant speaks English not very well and does not comprehend. On top of that she reprimanded me for her not understanding. I’m sure the attorney is great but the assistant is not . Just lost a customer
I have used this office for multiple different immigration needs. I want to say that I am very impressed not only by the firm but also Julian himself. He is always available when I have questions. Everything is explained very well. I’ve made a previous review in the heat of the moment that’s now changed but the review was about the front desk staff and not pertaining to the immigration process. I do feel the front desk people need to practice their customer service skills but everything else you are in good hands. However it is very hard to make a payment. The office staff says they will charge your card and they never do. Or they never give you a receipt it’s a big fight and pain to make a payment to pay off your balance I’m agrarian stuff is 5 stars but 1 star for the office staff who answer phones they are gonna make me have a bad payment history when in reality it’s their fault

Very poor administration... all the staff are free and doing nothing, still have to wait for 4 hours just for simple questions, poor management.
