Mr. Narducci is a pleasure to work with. He is very positive and understanding! As a person you don’t feel judged. He is very empathetic as well. He always responds back when you text or email him. Chris Narducci has no heart/no conscience. He was my attorney 6 yrs ago in an alimony Case. My ex-husband decided he was paying Me more than I needed which was not the case. I was not able to attend the mediation because I Am disabled and it is difficult for me to travel. We had a phone conference call/ no video at That time. Chris told me I couldn’t have anyone At the mediation with me, which I found out later, was A lie. I never spoke to my Ex or the mediator at all During the call. My Ex presented one Low offer, I told Chris I could not accept that. Chris told me My Ex was going to leave and I needed to hurry up and make my decision There was no discussion or Negotiation. Chris said again to hurry up because he Didn’t feel well and he had to have a colonoscopy done. Too much information and very unprofessional. I had asked Chris if he would see me thru court if we couldn’t come to an agreement. He said yes before the mediation. then changed his mind at the last minute. I told him I would sign an agreement to pay him first out of any money I was awarded. It was over and they were sending me the papers to sign. I emailed him and told him I felt I Was being pushed into this. He said you can always Go back to court again if you feel you need more Money. He knew I barely had any money to go to a hearing This time, where was the money to go back to court Going to come from. He also made it sound so simple to reopen my case when I’ve been advised Otherwise. My Ex cut me back so much I Cannot afford to save any and now 6 yrs later I find myself struggling to make ends meet. I have begged other attorneys to take my case and I would make payments. No luck with legal aid either. Also, I Spoke to some attorneys recently about re-opening My case. Come to find out it’s not easy to te-open the case.The main issue is that I signed the papers agreeing to that amount which I only did because I wasn’t sure he wouldn’t stop paying me Altogether. What about the agreement my Ex signed ? He withheld a substantial amount in arrears the year before. and I was afraid he would continue this And I’d be in a tough place financially. This money was never recovered. Chris and another attorney before him failed to look into this. For the pwanted to file an official complaint because I think Chris should be disbarred for his lack of Guidance and the poor and unethical treatment of my t case. Do yourself a favor, find another attorney. I hope he reads this and maybe just one person will choose another attorney, that would make writing this worthwhile.

Horrible - there is no rating for what you did to me. Between you Mr McKenzie Mrs Armstrong, Miss Donaly and Judge Collette Small who tries divorce cases in Pembroke pines and give her ruling to you - and you Mr. Narducci did the dirty work for a price . And used your good friend the judge and I am sure she does not know what you did. Thius will come to a head one day and you and friends have given Mr. MrKenzie every excuse for him to say he followed the advice of his lawyers and he didn,t know what you all were doing. Lawyer Judge Small said he couldn't get financing ( and that is in writing) - she said he educated me she will have to defend that one day Her friend saw him through the 254,000 mortgage he got in July of 2012. I have as ASN in nursing acheived in 1983 form Miami Dade, A Bachelors degree in Nursing from Florida International university 1988, a Masters in Nursing Administration and Education from George Mason UNiversity in 1994. Don't all of you feel like fools that you know by now I was not sitting on a bunch of money like your client told you? I know where the money went and who was paid. Don't forget there was a person in charge or wiring moneys and there was money denied me from a legal plan in the name of McKenzie and Sherman that money went out of.
