Still owes my dad money, failed to communicate properly with him due to language, but great in litigation got my dad his house back but kept like $15,000. New Responce. The information I have received that money is owed is on the docket, on the record. If you paid him I'm 100% sure you still have receipts. May a copy of the receipt proof your answer/statement correct. Until further notice you owe money.
