Burton Hochberg and his firm are engaged in an ethical, if not illegal practices.They represented me from June 8,2023 to September 12, 2023 and collected 37,000 from me. When I first contacted them, they created the impression that I would be charged no more than maximum $30,000. On September 11,2023 I emailed and told them to stop rendering legal services. My husband and I wanted to pause the divorce. Burton Hochberg kept billing me FAKE billable hours. They send me a bill after September 11,2023 for $48000 which grew to 98,000 after withdrawing the bill some how grew further to $135,000 Now they plan on suing me. After recharging this firm, I discovered that they have done the same thing to other clients. They TARGET vulnerable people , bill them FAKE hours, withdraw from case, than sue them for more money.
