I just received a letter from back in 2023 for a ticket for parking. Is unbelievable that people can waste time harassing people and telling them how if you don’t pay right away you w ok may be able to renew your registration. Funny thing is I had just renewed my registration so ha! Jokes on them. Please this is a scam. Do not give this people money. God knows how many innocent people fall for this crap. They should be ashamed of themselves. They will keep sending harassing letters, don’t even bother.

I’m giving Linebarger a 1-star rating due to their terrible customer service. After calling multiple times, being placed on long holds, and even getting hung up on, I finally reached an agent to make a simple payment. I explained that I wanted to pay a toll bill so my daughter could add her car to my SunPass account. However, they refused to take my payment because my daughter had to call herself, even though I wasn’t requesting any personal information—just trying to pay the bill. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was transferred to Carlos, who repeated the same refusal and ultimately told me that I could not make the payment at all. What kind of customer service is that? I was trying to pay, not request sensitive information. This was an unnecessarily frustrating experience, and their policies make no sense for people simply trying to resolve a bill.

This law office is the trashiest, nobody answers the phone, their payment system takes the longest time to process payments. If they're out of the office for "technical issues" you're the one being affected the most. Sun pass and this law office have partner up to make people's debt a never ending nightmare, but that's how they make money. Worst service, nobody know anything it feels like you're taking to a legal scam ring backed by the government.

This law firm is a scam in my opinion. I am going to refer them to the Florida and Texas Bars. They send what I believe to be fake invoices or demand payment for monies owed that you clearly can show are not a valid debt. I suggest you read up on your rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act as well as other potential causes of action for defamation of credit if you are contacted by this firm.

Fake tickets. I don’t owe money to FDOT but they send me a letter collecting $52 dollars from 2021. CRAZY!!! Be aware they just want to get your info and money
