The provided information includes two contrasting pieces of feedback from individuals who appear to be clients of Hanschke, P.C. One review expresses significant dissatisfaction regarding the firm's communication and handling of funds held in escrow. This reviewer, identifying themselves as associated with REA Builders, states they have been trying to reach the firm by phone and email for the final payment of funds held in escrow since at least April 1, 2020, with the initial holding dating back to March 19, 2020. The reviewer expresses frustration at the lack of response and the unprecedented nature of this situation compared to their 20 years of experience in the industry. This feedback raises concerns about the firm's communication practices and the timely handling of client funds.

In contrast, the second review offers a positive assessment of an individual named Peter, identifying him as a "Great Lawyer." This reviewer acknowledges that there might be a delay of "a day or two" in receiving a reply but assures that if Peter is not responding, it is because he is "working." This suggests that while responsiveness might not always be immediate, it could be due to a heavy workload and dedication to client matters. This review presents a more favorable perspective on the legal skills of at least one lawyer within the firm.

Feedback regarding the firm is mixed, with one reviewer expressing significant dissatisfaction with communication and the handling of escrow funds, while another praises the legal skills of an attorney named Peter but notes potential delays in response. Prospective local clients should consider these points and directly inquire about the firm's areas of specialization, communication practices, and client service standards to determine if Hanschke, P.C. is the right fit for their legal needs. Have been trying to reach this guy by phone and email for final payment for last two months to no avail. Owed money held in escrow from 3/19/20 and updated payoff amount on 4/1/20. Kindly contact me/my company REA Builders to arrange delivery of money’s held in escrow. Never had this situation with an attorney in 20 years dealing with people in the industry.
