He states to hire him if you are facing criminal charges but he is the one that takes taxpayers' money and then willingly violates the law and then retaliates. When CRS states that court SHALL do something, that's exactly what it means. In his mind though he can do what he wants. Who knows what he will do after you pay him. Poor track record
