Quite a shady firm considering their intimidating practices and verbal harassment. They assume the law is only on their side, and that they do no wrong. If I was a client looking for a firm to represent my business, they would be at the bottom of the list. Their lack of empathy and compassion is disgusting. They steal mortgages away for their subprime lender clients in order to sell them to another client. Can you say double dipping at its finest?! My advice if this firm comes after you, hire an attorney who can expose their lies, and prove it in Court. Since I have to give them at least 1 star, I will say they are efficient at making copies.
It appears to be the mission statement of this firm to be as uncooperative and unhelpful as possible. I purchased a foreclosure and called to get information, and was talked down to and treated as if I was a horrible person. Firms like this give lawyers a bad name.
They are taking their sweet time closing the house we are trying to buy. They have made multiple errors and not getting paperwork done on time. It may not matter to them, but when you are trying to buy a house and create a life, it matters to the buyer. Someone needs to get a work ethic or quit.
