To gain a deeper understanding of the client experience at GPS Law Group, it's valuable to consider the feedback shared by individuals who have engaged their services. One review highlights a positive experience, stating, "Great people to work with & very accommodating! They took care of everything with minimal work from us. Took about 6 mos. but there was trouble getting the money from the city. I would highly recommend their services." This testimonial underscores the firm's commitment to handling legal matters efficiently and with minimal burden on the client. The reviewer specifically praises their accommodating nature and expresses a strong recommendation, even acknowledging a delay that was attributed to external factors rather than the firm's handling of the case.

However, it is important to present a balanced perspective by also considering less positive feedback. Another review details a concerning experience regarding a scheduled telephone consultation. The reviewer noted a consultation fee of $150 plus a $6.00 processing fee. The appointment was scheduled for 2:30 PM, but the attorney did not initiate the call. Upon the reviewer's follow-up call at 3:10 PM, they were informed that clients are expected to call the firm, contrary to the expectation set by Mrs. Crosby, who was described as "attentive and just amazing." The reviewer also expressed dissatisfaction with the attorney's apparent lack of prior review of case details and a perceived rushed and unhelpful demeanor during the brief consultation. The instruction to avoid using pronouns when referring to individuals in the case was also noted. The reviewer concluded that the service received was not worth the consultation fee or their time, suggesting that charging for consultations in this instance seemed like a way to generate income without providing substantive guidance. This review emphasizes the importance of clear communication regarding procedures and the need for clients to feel that their concerns are being addressed with due diligence and care.

These contrasting reviews illustrate the spectrum of experiences that clients can have with legal services. While one client felt well-supported and would recommend GPS Law Group, another expressed significant disappointment with the consultation process. It is crucial for potential clients to consider both positive and negative feedback when making a decision about legal representation. The positive review highlights the potential for a smooth and accommodating experience, particularly in navigating complex situations. The negative review raises concerns about communication, preparation, and the perceived value of initial consultations.

I had a scheduled 2:30 telephone appointment on Thursday October 24th. I was advised the consultation fee would be $150 plus a $6.00 processing fee. At 3:10 I called the firm to see what was going on as no one contacted me and I was to add a family member to the meeting, in which I did. However I was advised by the attorney that I was scheduled to discuss my concerns with He DID NOT review any evidence/ emails regarding my concerns prior to the meeting. He also informed me that I should have been told to call the firm at 2:30 as they don’t call customers! In fact he did about a 7-8 minute quick review or scan through in which He appeared more bothered than helpful for this (30) minute session. I was told not to use PRONOUNS “He” or “She”when referring to the two siblings in this Heir property case. It appears charging a consultation fee for cases is definitely a quick way to make money without actually giving professional and most importantly detailed information on how or if you should proceed. My family member said his service wasn’t worth $25 or our time. *** Please note Mrs. Crosby was who I had spoke with by telephone the day before, as She was attentive and just amazing ***
