While specific details about the office's interior or ambiance are not available through online information, clients can likely expect a setting conducive to confidential legal consultations and the preparation of legal strategies. Our Services:
Based on the limited information available, including a detailed client review, Goldberger & Dubin, P.C. appears to specialize in the following areas of law:
- Landlord-Tenant Disputes: The positive client testimonial highlights significant experience and understanding in handling complex landlord-tenant situations. This suggests expertise in navigating the legal intricacies of residential and commercial leases, eviction proceedings, and related disputes in New York. For individuals in Taiwan who may own property in New York or are involved in tenancy issues governed by New York law, this specialization could be relevant.
- Real Estate Law: While not explicitly detailed, the mention of landlord-tenant disputes falls under the broader category of real estate law. It is reasonable to infer that the firm handles other aspects of real estate law, such as property transactions, lease agreements, and potentially real estate litigation beyond landlord-tenant matters.
- Commercial Litigation: Although not directly mentioned in the provided review, law firms handling landlord-tenant and real estate matters often also engage in commercial litigation, representing businesses in various legal disputes. It is possible that Goldberger & Dubin, P.C. provides services in this area as well.
It is important to note that one review presents a negative experience, alleging a lack of advocacy and a focus on expediency over achieving the client's desired outcome in a criminal matter. This feedback contrasts sharply with the positive experience shared by another client in a landlord-tenant context. Therefore, it is crucial for potential clients to consider both perspectives when evaluating the firm.
Our Features:
Based on the available client reviews, we can identify the following features of Goldberger & Dubin, P.C.:
- Professional and Knowledgeable Attorneys: The positive review specifically praises Ms. Renee Wong for her professionalism, deep understanding of the law, and ability to explain complex legal matters clearly. This suggests that the firm employs knowledgeable attorneys who can effectively communicate with their clients.
- Client-Focused Approach (as perceived by some): One client felt that Ms. Wong genuinely cared about their situation, asked relevant questions, and provided detailed explanations, indicating a client-focused approach in certain cases. This suggests a willingness to understand the client's perspective and needs.
- Effective Out-of-Court Resolution: The positive review highlights the successful resolution of a landlord-tenant issue without the need for court proceedings in the initial instance, indicating skill in negotiation and alternative dispute resolution.
- Attention to Detail and Follow-Up: The same client noted that Ms. Wong remembered the details of their case and took the initiative to follow up on a subsequent issue, demonstrating attentiveness and commitment.
However, it is equally important to acknowledge the contrasting negative review, which suggests a potential lack of dedicated advocacy and a prioritization of quick case resolution over the client's best interests in a different legal context. This indicates a potential inconsistency in service delivery or approach depending on the nature of the case.
Promotional Information:
While specific promotional offers are not available in the provided information, Goldberger & Dubin, P.C. appears to position itself as a firm providing professional and knowledgeable legal services, particularly in the area of landlord-tenant disputes. The positive client testimonial serves as a form of promotion, highlighting the firm's ability to handle complex situations with care and expertise, leading to successful resolutions. The mention of clear communication and a genuine concern for the client's well-being could attract individuals seeking a supportive and understanding legal partner.
However, the negative review serves as a cautionary note, suggesting that potential clients should conduct thorough due diligence and perhaps seek further references or a detailed consultation to understand the firm's approach to cases similar to their own. It underscores the importance of discussing expectations and desired outcomes clearly with any legal representation.
For local users in New York facing landlord-tenant issues or seeking legal assistance in real estate matters, Goldberger & Dubin, P.C.'s location in SoHo offers accessibility. The positive review suggests that they may find competent and caring representation, particularly from attorneys like Ms. Renee Wong. However, it would be prudent to inquire about the specific attorney who would be handling their case and to discuss the firm's approach to ensure it aligns with their expectations.
For individuals in Taiwan with legal concerns related to property in New York, understanding the nuances of landlord-tenant law or other real estate issues, Goldberger & Dubin, P.C. represents a potential legal resource. While remote consultation via phone is possible, it would be essential to discuss the firm's experience in handling cases with international clients and their familiarity with any specific legal complexities that might arise. The contrasting client experiences highlight the need for careful consideration and direct communication to determine if the firm is the right fit for their specific legal needs.

I was looking for legal representation concerning a very complicated landlord-tenant situation. I never imagined how difficult it would be to find an attorney. When speaking to potential lawyers to handle my case, I either felt that the person didn’t really understand the material or received cold price offers after a few minutes of conversation without getting enough information from me to understand the case, using vague legal terms leaving me with no understanding of what to expect if I hire them. I then booked a consultation with ms. Renee wong from Goldberger & Dubin. This was the first time I felt that I was speaking with someone who is extremely professional and actually knows what she’s talking about, while at the same time cares about me as a person and what I am going through. Renee asked relevant questions unlike others and gave me a detailed, professional explanation about our options and what we could expect. The issue I originally presented to her was resolved out of court so I ended up not needing representation, but a month later another complication arose and again I turned to her. Renee was yet again extremely professional, remembered all the details of my case and took the time to look into the issue finding out it is resolved and I do not need to take legal action. I hope I will not need it, but I definitely know who I can trust with my case if anything comes up again.
They won't defend for their client's right. They only get the case done. Totally waste of money. I can go to the court myself to get a better result than what they have done. None of my requirements achieved. They didn't even ask the judge for what I want them to do for me,and made me plea guilty for fast result even though there were totally enough evidence that I was not.
They work well as a team. First time meeting this law firm they came to visit me in the hospital. Stayed on top of my case until the very end. Very wise and knowledgeable 👌
Our company utilized Goldberger & Dubin's services for a legal matter out of state and they were professional, very responsive, and proficient. I would highly recommend their services.
