At no time did he make any false promises, once he knew the entirety of what we were facing, he let me know the options. I think the first thing people need to under stand about tax services is not everyone's tax situation is the same and all these companies you hear on the radio about reducing your tax burden is not what it seems. Don't fall for it. Your tax situation may not be the same for your friend, or neighbor so don't come in expecting these miracle tax deductions, now that's not saying they do not exist and haven't happened. What I offer is a honest review about the people who handled my case. Mary, was straight forward with me about my case which is priceless within itself when dealing with the IRS. The process is not fast and it is not without stress, but these guys did make it abundantly clear, that once they stood between the IRS and myself they truely meant what they said. I had no contact with the IRS other than the normal information they would pass to Mary my attorney and the team working on my case. I got no phone calls no threaten letters or visits. Mary, handled all the communication. Now having an attorney doesn't mean everything goes smoothly. Things happen, but Mary was always there to deal with the situation without failure. So, would I recommend Frost & Associates? Hell yeah! Absolutely! They do not promise things that can not be achieved they help you understand your situation which is key in everyone's tax situation which is different. They coach you through the process and give you sound advice. And that's what you want when dealing with the IRS. You will need a attorney who will give you sound advice and guidance not these crazy promises. These guys stick by their word and follow through.
