I'm very satisfied with the service that Fragomen provides, I had many questions and was always writing to them and they were super quick to respond and always with accurate information. Also people are friendly and patient to answer more than once questions that might seem obvious but I just didn't know the process. As a room to improve, I would say it would be a good idea to provide with more context to applicants from the beginning, like a high-level overview of the entire process as many of us work for companies that hire Fragomen's services and we not necessarily are familiar with any immigration paperwork.
