While attempting to navigate a difficult experience on my own, I contacted Fisher and Fisher Law Offices for guidance as this was unfamiliar territory. Attorney Fisher and his paralegal Sarah helped guide me during an estate administration. I was not familiar with the laws that Pennsylvania has, and they explained in-depth every step of the administration process and made sure that I was meeting all of the different deadlines I had for filing. I was not aware of the various administrative tasks that I had to undertake. Took a estate case with my fiancés father passing! Was suppose to be representing me not my sister! She went and removed all valuables without consent literally every thing he owned other than the land and property! Instead of telling her to bring it back to property which is what he should have told her he told her to keep it! Refused to fight to get the possessions back then when all the assets are removed decides to write me a letter saying they are no longer representing me because of cost of valuable and estate saying there isn’t enough to pay him! Ya there isn’t enough to pay him because he told them to keep the valuables Instead of returning them and just allowed her to take everything! Then the communication is another issue! He made all these decisions without even keeping me updated! Never called me once throughout this whole process! Made all these decisions without telling me anything! Do not recommend! Your suppose to be working for me!! Not against me!!!
