I have had the unfortunate (because we were in an accident) pleasure of using Alfred's firm for 2 accidents involving my family. He has come through for us each time, without fail. The first time I thought he may have been giving us quality treatment because he we were first time customers, until the first case dragged on for 18 months and he remained dedicated to getting us a decent settlement for our accident. He helped us secure funds in our time of need, to help ease our burden as we recovered. He called and kept us informed during both cases. We have NEVER talked to a paralegal about our cases. My husband and I were involved in a hit and run accident, we are the owners of the motorcycle, someone was doing burn outs in a crowded parking lot and lost control and left the scene.
