Family law is a broad field that encompasses various legal issues arising from domestic relationships, such as divorce, child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support (alimony), domestic violence, adoption, and guardianship. Individuals facing these types of legal challenges often require compassionate yet assertive legal representation to protect their rights and the best interests of their families.
The limited number of client reviews available online presents a mixed perspective on the services provided by Erin N. Grieve, Esq. One client expresses strong positive sentiments, describing a collaborative and supportive experience. This client mentions feeling like part of a team, enjoying the strategic planning involved in their case, and expressing a high degree of confidence in achieving a favorable outcome. They also acknowledge the support of Jace, described as a partner/brother, who provides emotional support during challenging times. This review suggests a personalized approach and a supportive office environment for at least one client.
However, another review presents a starkly contrasting experience. This client expresses significant dissatisfaction, alleging that the attorney did not adequately represent them in a child custody case involving serious allegations of abuse. The reviewer claims that the attorney failed to defend them and their daughter in court, leading to an unfavorable outcome where the alleged abuser was granted shared custody. This client also raises concerns about the attorney's handling of fees and communication, stating that promises were broken and that they felt abandoned as a client. The emotional distress and financial hardship described in this review paint a concerning picture of this client's experience.
Given these contrasting accounts, it is important for potential clients to consider both perspectives when evaluating Erin N. Grieve, Esq. I love this girl and love being part of her team, as I feel like I am one of them. I enjoyed planning and making strategies for our case, as if it were an actual movie case we were trying to solve. She has saved my life twice now, so I have no doubt about winning. And don't forget about Jace, her partner/brother, who is always there to ease your frustration when you're feeling down and overwhelmed with everything happening, and when it feels like no rainbow will appear soon in your dark clouds of fog.
This woman took my 5,000 dollars. And did not stand up for me in court. My daughter's grandmother tried Taking custody of my daughter then the grandmother backed out as she waited for her son who beat me and my children to get out of prison. Erin sat in court not defending me or my daughter. I was held in contempt of court when I did not want my abuser to have my address. Erin promised me so many things but when court came she locked up and it seemed as though she coward to the other attorney or took their side when she did not follow through i was going to fire her right before court. She said my 5,000 would take me to the end of my court but she lied and backed out as my attorney. She took all the money I had when I'm a single mom with 3 kids right before Christmas. I did not understand. My daughter has been doing her visits with her dad at his mom's house and has come back in tears because of her dad's verbal abuse. My daughter is only seven years old. So I put this out here in hopes that someone doesn't make the same mistakes I did by hiring this attorney. She aloud a man who has not been in his daughter's life for 5 years and has been in and out of prison and whom has abused my eight year old son at the time and put me in the hospital where I had reconstructive surgery on my eye and nose to share custody of my now 7 year old daughter. Mind you this all started when the grandma wanted to take custody of my daughter. Because I started monitoring visits with her after my daughter kept coming home sick oh and I had false police reports made against my family so she took me to court. Don't hire this women. She is not good at her job she did not fight for my daughter
She has offered me great advice emailed me back even though I hadn't retained her in the early parts of my case. She gave me options and worked with me in a few different areas and didn't try to push me into a huge retainer. She respected my plan and helped me get as far along as I could without having to drop a bag. I'm confident in her representation. She was different from the 2 other lawyers I visited and I left her office feeling like I actually got my money's worth from my consultation. Lawyers aren't cheap and they usually don't offer you advice on how to do their job. But she was awesome, a great help!!!! I have recommended her twice and they are happy with her as well. She will represent my husband in his family case coming up in december, we trust her to the fullest. **I will update after my case closes. Emily

If your looking for a dirty lawyer then look no more Eirn Grieves is it she will do whatever it takes for you there's no limit. Erin was willing to stage a fake bomb threat for one of her clients just to try and make the other party look bad or maybe she was trying to get him shot by R.P.D. Erin doesn't care if you're a evil person she will make sure she rips the child away from the good parent so the evil one can brain wash the child. All she wants is money.

She is absolutely amazing and determined. I challenged her with a case that no other wanted when it came to doing a TPR and an adoption for my son. She was awesome in court and I'm so thankful and grateful for her services. I can never repay her for all that she has done.
