Nicole Widdis and her staff by far exceeded my expectations as my attorney. I was referred to Nicole after being recently separated and needing legal representation. I retained Nicole while I was unsure of this whole divorce process and what my rights were as a father to 3 children and owning a house with my wife (at the time), the other party was extremely difficult and I knew my divorce wasn’t going to be easy. Due to my wife’s actions/difficult ness my divorce lasted a few years and Nicole was right there with me the whole time as my counterpart guiding me through the process. Nicole is a great listener and knew exactly what was important to me and asked questions to find out more. She is very smart and knowledgeable and always found smart suitable solutions when I needed them. Nicole Widdis can not be compared to in her prioritization of clients, genuine approach, demeanor, professionalism, as well as her courtroom presentation and delivery of legal content. After battling multiple times in court for 3 years in regards to false allegations from the mother of my children against myself and my newly blended family I was fortunate enough to meet Nicole Widdis. Right away my significant other and I felt a sense of relief just being in Nicole's presence and listening to what she had to say regarding our never ending legalities. It was evident through previous hearings that I had fought a long time to protect myself from my children's mother who was a serial litigator out to take the children from me whom I had full custody of due to drug use. Following multiple court cases by my children's mother that were not won my youngest daughter of 11 years of age was taken from me after visitation with the mother against court order. Despite my attempts to contact CPS and the Sparks police department they were not able to force-ably return my child to me because it was considered a civil matter that would have to be brought to the court for the judge to make a ruling. We refer to Nicole as a genuine attorney with the desire to prioritize clients because she did not only review court information but instead took the time to evaluate the nature of the person and situation we were dealing with, took the time to look up information regarding the other party, organize the information, and then wanted to take uninterrupted time to hear our experience, feelings, and our court wishes to put together all of the information in an organized and professional manner. It was apparent that Nicole Widdis had intentions of bringing facts and truth regarding our experiences to the courtroom to meet our expectations and concerns to have the serial ligation stopped and the other parry held legally accountable for breaking court order and not allowed to do so in the future.
