Employee Justice Legal Group PC operates within the category of law firms specializing in employment law. Their stated focus is on representing employees in various workplace disputes. While specific details about the firm's internal environment are not readily available online, their location on Wilshire Boulevard suggests a professional presence within a central business district of Los Angeles. The firm's purpose, as implied by its name, centers on advocating for employee rights and seeking justice for those who have experienced unfair treatment in the workplace.
The services offered by Employee Justice Legal Group PC appear to encompass a range of employment-related legal issues. Based on the limited information available, including the nature of the negative reviews, it can be inferred that they handle cases involving:
- Pregnancy Discrimination
- Wrongful Termination
- Harassment (including the request for cease and desist letters)
- Potentially other forms of workplace discrimination and disputes
However, it is important to note that the provided reviews raise significant concerns regarding the firm's service delivery and client communication.
Features and purported strengths of Employee Justice Legal Group PC are not explicitly highlighted in a positive light within the provided information. The firm's name suggests a commitment to justice for employees, and their physical location offers accessibility within Los Angeles. However, the user reviews paint a contrasting picture, indicating potential weaknesses in crucial areas such as communication, follow-through, and case management.
Regarding promotional information, there is no proactive marketing content available in the provided text. Instead, the most prominent information comes from direct customer feedback, which unfortunately is overwhelmingly negative. These reviews serve as critical insights into the experiences of individuals who have sought assistance from this firm.
The customer reviews detail serious issues that potential clients should carefully consider:
- Lack of Communication and Follow-Through: Multiple reviewers express frustration with the firm's failure to provide updates on their cases and their tendency to give clients the "run around." One reviewer specifically mentioned reaching out monthly for a year without receiving substantive information.
- Case Handling Delays and Sudden Termination: One client reported that after a year of apparent inaction on their pregnancy discrimination case, the firm abruptly decided not to move forward. This raises concerns about the firm's efficiency and commitment to seeing cases through.
- Failure to Act on Client Requests: Another reviewer detailed a specific request for a cease and desist letter to be sent to their former employer, which was allegedly never executed despite multiple follow-up attempts. This suggests a potential lack of attention to client needs and a failure to deliver on promised actions.
- Condescending Behavior: One reviewer described a paralegal as "extremely condescending" and felt that their case was not taken seriously. This indicates potential issues with the firm's client relations and the professionalism of its staff.
- Negative Impact on Vulnerable Clients: The reviewer who experienced pregnancy discrimination expressed feeling "dismissed, disrespected, and completely unsupported," particularly during the emotionally challenging postpartum period. This highlights a potential lack of empathy and understanding for clients facing sensitive employment issues.
These firsthand accounts raise significant red flags about the client experience at Employee Justice Legal Group PC. The consistency of these negative comments, particularly concerning lack of communication and follow-through, suggests a pattern of potential issues within the firm's operational practices.
For local users in Taiwan who may have connections or family in the Los Angeles area seeking employment law assistance, it is crucial to consider these recent experiences shared by other users. While every legal case is unique, and past experiences do not guarantee future outcomes, the strong negative feedback regarding communication, case management, and client support warrants careful consideration. It would be prudent to thoroughly research and compare multiple nearby lawyers specializing in employment law before making a decision.
Based on the available information, which heavily features negative customer reviews, it is difficult to provide a positive promotional introduction for Employee Justice Legal Group PC. Instead, this objective overview serves as a cautionary note for potential clients. The reported issues with communication, lack of action, and abrupt case termination are serious concerns that should be weighed against any potential benefits of engaging this firm. If you or someone you know in Los Angeles requires an employment lawyer, it would be advisable to seek further information, perhaps through additional online reviews or direct consultations with multiple firms, to ensure you choose a legal representative who will provide diligent and effective support.
You can reach Employee Justice Legal Group PC at (213) 669-4771 or +1 213-669-4771. However, given the publicly available feedback, it is strongly recommended that prospective clients conduct thorough due diligence before engaging their services.

This firm took on my pregnancy discrimination case, it has now been 1 year and after reaching out every month to see what is going on with my case with no update just giving me the run around saying they are working on it they decided to drop my case after 1 year of nothing! April 2025 I followed up via email and the next day I get a call saying they will not be moving forward with my case! Really? 1 whole year and you come back with this? This is a joke. I don’t know how they are still in business after doing this to a few ppl from the comments. So disappointed how they work. Thank god I found another firm that will be assisting me. Stay away if you can!
Deeply Disappointed – Especially for Women Fighting Pregnancy Discrimination Horrible follow-up and zero follow-through. I reached out and specifically requested that a cease and desist letter be sent to my previous employer to stop the harassing communication and pressure tactics they were using to get me to sign a severance and disclosure agreement. That letter was never sent. Despite multiple follow-up requests, I was strung along for weeks and fed excuses about the status of my case. The paralegal I initially spoke to was extremely condescending and made it clear he didn’t take my case seriously—like it was a complete joke to him. If you're a woman fighting a pregnancy discrimination case and trying to navigate the emotional toll of postpartum, I promise you’ll regret hiring this firm. I felt dismissed, disrespected, and completely unsupported.
I just received a call from this legal group's secretary and she told me they not filing my case. This is entirely because I am black and I worked for a Hispanic filed job. I have a legit case of discrimination and retaliation with evidence and witnesses. The only reason I can think of is I'm black why they didn't take my case. Then they don't give a reason why just say "Unfortunately we aren't moving forward"! You have a reason not to move forward, but can't tell the person why. This is unprofessional and discrimination. This lawfirm should be sued themselves to be honest. Racial discrimination 💯 If you are white or mexican, they will serve you. If you are black, don't even call these people. I have a strong attorney now handling my case. Do not trust this law firm at all. You want a firm that is not racist towards anyone and bound by doing the right thing no matter a person's race. Do not look for assistance here. You will find yourself on the "Unfortunate" end of the stick
I am really thankful with Employee Justice Legal Group in taking my case and delivering great results by wining my difficult case against a powerful company that abuses and injures their workers. I am really proud of the great and fantastic job my lawyer Arabo and his team made.😊🤩
They have a great teamwork. They did a great job with my case. I would recommend this firm to anyone who has a case . They will put their best effort while fighting for you to get you the money your case deserves.I am very thankful to Alexandria Smith, very nice and communicative young lady who always explained me in great detail about my case. And to lawyer Daniel Friedman. Sincerely, Armando Rafael Prado
