Jason Neufeld and his entire team are consummate professionals and are very helpful in shepherding us through the process. I was drawn to Jason through his YouTube webinars and found him to be very personable, caring and knowledgeable. Would recommend him highly for any elder law needs.

Periodically I check documents to make sure everything is in order. Among them was the Estate Planning that the team of Jason Neufeld put together for me. They did a very good job, all my questions were answered and I felt at ease all the way through. If you need a State planner you need to see Jason Neufeld.

The intake clerk was rude and demanded my contact information when I refused she never connected me to anyone. This firm hires people who lose them cases before the even become a client. Don't waste your time they don't have time for you.

I'm writing a follow-up to my original review. I received a call from Ajani, letting me know of a miscommunication with the office. He was polite and apologetic and offered to answer my questions and get us with the right person. That person is Jason. Jason was able to meet with my wife and I on short notice to help with regard to my parents. The meeting was informative, with ample time allotted for us to ask questions and receive guidance. We plan on moving forward with Jason's help. Thank you Ajani and Jason.

One word summarizes Elder Needs Law Firm: "Exceptional". I will say that Jason Neufeld, Jody, Tracy, and Sandra have made the experience above and beyond. I am in medical field and I needed Power of Attorney, Healthcare Surrogacy, living will/last testament, and trust planning done for my parents and my family and the team was so great at handling everything. Sandra made a great experience in how smooth it was to communicate with the team and she really accommodated around my schedule. Jason went above and beyond in explaining everything. I had a long list of questions that Jason took the time to answer. He even has the YouTube video content which I find extremely helpful. His ability to translate legal terms into lay terms is a PLUS. Truly exceptional human being. Jody went above and beyond as well. I have never seen someone so responsive. I am pretty sure she was "off from work" and still called me when I sent her an email. That dedication to work deserves merits and special recognition. I would trust my whole family with this team when it comes to Elder Law. If I can give 10 stars out of 5, I would. Again, thanks everyone for making the experience so positive.
