I came to this office when I was in a really bad situation stuck as a legal guardian of someone with no way to quit. Nick Halbur is such a great lawyer, listens to his clients, takes detailed notes, and is willing to fight to get done what his clients need. He helped me achieve the impossible of having the office of public guardian take over my case when I could no longer be a guardian. I am thankful for Nick so much for being a light in a dark tunnel! This lawyer helped revoke a trust instead of amend it. Months later she accepted payment from a checking account from the revoked trust when she prepared a new will, and didn't question it. Her ignorance has caused the family more than decade of litigation and undid decades of estate planning.

Everyone needs a will, and especially people with young children, and Catherine will take great care of you. Also, their coffee is fantastic :)
