I would not recommend this business for representation. I hired Nicole Duncan to represent me for a family law divorce case. Over the 8 months that I did business with her she never got me any child support. This put myself and children living on borrowed money and at risk for trying to meet daily living expenses. She recommended that a temporary orders hearing be vacated and stated if I had waited then I would have received more money at the permanent orders hearing. Her demeanor was very put off and she had zero compassion for my situation. She was extremely disorganized with her paperwork and communication of the case. I had to continuously resend required paperwork because she failed to send it on to the opposing counsel. In the end when I switched to a new attorney I finally realized she was overbilling me. I had paid her $51,000 and the case had not even gone to mediation and I was still left with no child support. This is an attorney who only cares about getting paid and not truly doing was is best for the client.
