Williams, PC, is listed on the 'Nearby Lawyers' platform, offering services in immigration law and uniquely combining legal expertise with real estate knowledge as a licensed realtor. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview based on the available feedback.

The office of Dean A. Williams, PC, is located on Dekalb Technology Parkway in Atlanta. While specific details about the interior environment are not provided in the reviews, the professional nature of the address suggests a standard office setting for legal consultations. The location offers accessibility for individuals and businesses in the surrounding areas of Atlanta. It is important for potential clients to feel comfortable during consultations, and while one review mentions a negative interpersonal experience, another highlights the attorney's willingness to speak the truth, which can be a foundation for a trusting professional relationship.

Based on the client reviews, Dean A. Williams, PC, appears to have a strong focus on specific areas of immigration law and possesses the unique qualification of being a licensed realtor. The services mentioned include:

  • Immigration Law: The positive review explicitly states the attorney's significant experience in various aspects of immigration law. This includes assisting individuals seeking admission to the USA in nonimmigrant status and representing clients in removal proceedings. His expertise extends to adjustment of status, U visas (for victims of certain crimes who cooperate with authorities), immigration cases based on human trafficking, and simpler immigration matters such as work permits and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). The reviewer emphasizes the attorney's honest approach, even when the truth might be difficult to hear, suggesting a commitment to providing realistic assessments of cases.
  • Real Estate Law (as a Realtor): A notable feature of Dean A. Williams is that he is also a licensed realtor. The review highlights the benefit of working with a realtor who is also an attorney, particularly in identifying and addressing potential title defects in properties that a non-legally trained realtor might overlook. This dual expertise offers a unique advantage for clients involved in real estate transactions, providing an added layer of legal insight and protection.

The reviews also present a contrasting perspective on the attorney's billing practices and communication style. One review expresses strong dissatisfaction, stating that the attorney charges for each call and email, unlike other lawyers who offer a fixed price. This client also describes the attorney as rude and arrogant, alleging that he spends meeting time discussing personal matters and charges for that time. This negative feedback suggests that potential clients should inquire specifically about the firm's billing policies and communication expectations upfront to ensure clarity and avoid potential misunderstandings.

The features of Dean A. Williams, PC, as perceived through the client reviews, present a dichotomy. On the one hand, the attorney is described as having extensive experience in specific areas of immigration law and possessing the unique benefit of being a licensed realtor, offering integrated legal and real estate expertise. The ability to speak Spanish is also highlighted as a significant advantage for Spanish-speaking clients. The emphasis on honesty in assessing cases, even if it involves delivering difficult truths, can be seen as a commitment to realistic legal counsel. On the other hand, concerns are raised about per-call and per-email billing, a perceived rude and arrogant communication style, and the practice of charging for time spent discussing personal matters during meetings. These negative aspects suggest potential challenges in client relations for some individuals.

Promotional information is not explicitly provided in the reviews. However, the positive aspects highlighted by one reviewer, such as the attorney's extensive experience in immigration law, his dual role as a realtor, and his ability to communicate in Spanish, can be seen as implicit promotional points for individuals seeking these specific services. The emphasis on honesty, while potentially challenging for some, could also be a draw for clients who value a straightforward and truthful assessment of their legal situation. Conversely, the negative review serves as a cautionary note regarding potential billing practices and communication styles. Potential clients should weigh these contrasting perspectives and conduct their own due diligence, including inquiring about fees and communication protocols during an initial consultation.

In conclusion, Dean A. Williams, PC, located at 3600 Dekalb Technology Pkwy #120, Atlanta, GA 30340, offers legal services with a noted focus on specific areas of immigration law and the unique advantage of being a licensed realtor. The attorney is described as having significant experience in immigration matters such as nonimmigrant visas, removal defense, adjustment of status, U visas, human trafficking cases, work permits, and DACA. His ability to speak Spanish is also a valuable asset for Spanish-speaking clients. Furthermore, his expertise as a realtor provides a unique benefit for those involved in real estate transactions. However, potential clients should be aware of concerns raised in a review regarding per-call and per-email billing and perceived issues with communication style and professionalism. It is recommended that individuals considering Dean A. Williams, PC, for their legal needs conduct a thorough consultation to discuss fees, communication expectations, and the attorney's approach to client interactions to ensure a comfortable and transparent working relationship. The combination of immigration and real estate expertise, along with the ability to serve Spanish-speaking clients, presents distinct advantages for those with needs in these areas within the 'Nearby Lawyers' category.

El es un abogado con mucha experiencia! The attorney has a great deal of experience in seeking admission to USA in a nonimmigrant status and also removal. He has experience also in adjustment of status, U visas (si alguien te golpeo y colaboras con las autoridades), o human trafficking immigration base cases, and other simple matters like work permits or DACA. He works with the truth, a very HONEST attorney that won't lie to you, some people do not like the truth, and bring cases to nonqualified "centers" that will end ruin their lives. I will trust Mr. Dean with my immigration cases.... It is you at the end of the process! Flat rates are unrealistic- he let you see the truth since you start the case. -They speak Spanish- He is also a realtor! Tener un realtor que es abogado es una garantia. Hay gente que vende propiedades que tienen defectos en el titulo y no se dan cuenta.

Don't use this lawyer!!!! He charges for each call and email. Other lawyers give a fixed price, but he doesn't work, he charges for every little thing, and he is very rude and arrogant. He wants you to give him praise for everything he does, and when you have a meeting with him he spends the time talking about his life and his activities during the meeting and charges for that time, he has already lost several attendees, because not even they can stand it!
