Bob Cornelius has helped our family so many times in the past 12 years. When my parents health was failing, Bob was there with a plan of action. He was able to assist us to make decisions easier and services readily available. When we faced the unexpected death of my Father-in-law, we called Bob again. He walked us through the process of what needed to be done and had everything handled in a short time. Now that we are older, we have turned to him to assist us in getting our affairs and legal documents in order. You couldn't ask for a better person or lawyer to help you through all of the legal matters of elder care or of special needs.

Bob Cornelius is an experienced professional when it comes to elder law. He helped me negotiate through the legal maze regarding my mother's estate (i.e., applying for Medicaid, establishing a Trust). He is a skilled lawyer and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs legal help for their elder parent(s).

I met Mr. Cornelius during a very difficult and frustrating time of my life, and my mother's life. I'd been caring for my mother at home for over 10 years with issues ranging from past strokes, diabetes, heart disease, and the most terrible one; Alzheimers & Dementia. I was working full time as a Critical Care registered nurse, and wanted to care for my mother as I had done for the past 10 , but it quickly got much more difficult to keep her safe with the dementia progressing rapidly. I looked around and finally found a great long term care facility for my mother, but now started the paperwork, financial look back, and many other very complicated and tedious tasks that needed to be handled. I don't care who you are or what you think you know, but this task is pretty much impossible without a great seasoned attorney to walk you through all this and be there when you have questions. Mr. Cornelius and his medicare/medicaid expert Shannon Coleman were simply amazing and kind, and this simply could not have gotten taken care of without them. I'll be forever grateful to this man that was there and really helped us during a very difficult time. Please call this man and trust him....you will not regret it...promise you that...period!!!

Went in today for a consultation and Matt Talley was nice and helpful. The lady who I spoke to on the phone to schedule the consultation was also nice and helpful. I haven’t engaged them yet so I can’t speak to that aspect right now.
