When i see the name Cohen Forman Barone, PC i think of Benjamin Simpson. I believe he was God sent. My Aunt-in-law found him and based on how he spoke about what he could do to save our case ,the word that best summarizes his demeanor is confident! Benjamin’s confidence and professionalism was a literal breath of fresh air. In the few months we had Spar and Bernstein on our Immigration case, all i can say is my family and I had sleepless nights, anxiety was through the roof and never received reassurance that they knew what they were doing. When Benjamin says he will call you 6pm, as soon as it hits 6pm your phone will be ringing.He truly cares about his clients and their families , always prepared and ALWAYS on top of things. The experience between the two firms is Night and Day. My Mother-in-law and I visited his office the day of the final hearing and it was such a pleasure. The staff were super welcoming and Mr.Simpson answered all of our questions and concerns and made us laugh while we waited. Benjamin is truly truly a great lawyer, my family and I are so grateful to have met him and we will always have him in our hearts.
