My case when I contacted them, they were very helpful first and very informative and staying in touch but as time progressed I heard the less and less from them. I had to reach out constantly emailing and phone calls and most of the time I wouldn’t even get through to anyone my case took two years and one month to settle, which I believe was a little way too long then it should’ve been. There was multiple times where my person handling my case was changed without even letting me know. Yes, they did help me win my case. But after 2 years and one month and not for the amount that we had initially spoken or were aiming for. After being told it would take a year. I wish they would work little better on keeping you updated throughout the process not only when they need to contact you. Not very well pleased with the outcome. I felt as if I was left in the dark once they made me sign the papers to start the case. It was wam bam thank you maam. I felt as if I had to constantly chase them down. After reaching out and trying to see why the case was taking long even their own staff members would tell me it shouldn’t have let me go ahead and follow up. Not very helpful felt like I was left in the dark and had no support throughout my healing journey. Little to none. Only received communication from workers comp board in mail and I had to reach out to the law firm to follow up very unprofessional and upsetting. The partner was even in a way pressuring me to accept the judge’s summation results as “it’s not worth fighting for and I’m young “ It’s a good pocket of change. As it’s already been two years and they want to just close the case.

Cass & Peter's handled my claim professionally and contacted me when they needed to, to settle my case. For me it was three years. I do not know why it took that long. And honestly, I was surprised when they contacted me about the case which was an accident at work on Dec. 31, 2022. So not quite three years. But I was pleased with the outcome.
