Carlos Moreno is a thief, He stole $ 4000 dollars I went to his office to file a case for marriage after 3 months emigration did not send me any receipt, there I realized it was a scam, I checked on the internet and Carlos Morenos has the license canceled for many frauds he has done, the case is still under investigation.Be carful and check out his name .
Carlos Moreno is a thief, he stole more than $5000 from me and another family member, he filed my case for asylum when he knew that I did not qualify for that, it was only a case of marriage with a citizen and he ruined it, when he present with the judge, he left me alone and no longer showed up, he just called me to settle the money and said that he was in traffic, of course he never arrived, it was the judge who informed me that he no longer had a license, apart from being a thief, he is a negligent that put me at risk of deportation.
