This lawyer responded to my call right away initially. Came as a referral from a real estate agent for eviction experience. We spoke for 40 minutes, he had me send docs, then called me after reviewing the docs to give me his fees. I said I wanted to proceed. That was the last I heard of him. He was cc'd on some tenant communications, and never said anything about not representing our company with regard to this tenant. Very disappointing and unprofessional. This lawyer should make clear who he is representing and who not, and respond to emails. His advice, in addition, contradicted that of the attorney I ended up hiring.

I hired this lawyer to do an eviction, he never explains his work, he never answers the phone, emails. Alberto Cardet gets paid in advance and then gets lost, he and his assistant Ebby. The Coral Way office is closed, mail returned to sender unopened, no forwarding address for official correspondence, the office phone rings but no one ever answers. The attorney disappeared. The staff is missing. But the website still soliciting new clients. In the beginning the attorney seemed very accessible, once the check was cashed he disappeared office now permanently closed. Perhaps someone should report this?

Horrible experience. He abandoned the case after collecting fees and never got back to us. DO NOT CONTRACT HIM. NOW WE ARE in the process of complaining to the Florida Bar.. Unprofessional, not responsive. Not even his office called back. Do you want to lose your case? Hire this guy!!!

Honest straight forward attorney. His pricing is fair and the guy knows his BK law. Hard to find quality legal representation at decent prices, but Mr Cardet is highly recommended.
