• Im literally in tears right now while writing this review, hopefully you are here reading before considering this company. I have been so patient with this company with staff being replaced and shortages in staff and response times that my heart is so heavy right now. I spoke with Lisa Lucena and she had me literally crying on the phone because she told me I couldn't make another offer to my insurance company for roof damage because she made an agreement with them I didn't authorize and that my only option was to go to litigation. My heart dropped because I had already waited almost 2 years to complete this claim..She called back soon after and said the insurance went up on the bid but because of fees and charges the net payout is the same...so from one phone call to the next she said I literally accumulated 5k in fees. She had no compassion and didn't want to listen and explain anything. Ive followed the direction of the lawyer Sean there and now I realize after receiving quotes on my roof that I am still unable to get a new roof as this company is taking nearly half of the settlement. I have asked that they reconsider my fees and charges as I am still unable to repair my roof and damages from this claim.I definitely will update on the response but until then I'm left with a heavy heart and the burden of finding money to repair my roof and mitigation damages.........Update this law firm took off 1k of fees they took from my settlement so I could get my roof fixed...barely. I still had to come out of pocket though in the end.
• They continue to call non stop and never speak when we answer the phone, and then when we don't answer they never leave messages. STOP THE ROBO CALLS. We are filing a report now.
