• Scott and his team were great to work with! Our oldest, who is over 18, had to have surgery last year and during the pre-op appointments we realized that while the surgery was covered by our insurance we would not necessarily have any say in an emergency situation since they were over 18 and we were not their medical power of attorney. It's hard to realize that you need actual documentation stating that you can make medical or financial decisions on behalf of your adult children. No one wants to plan for the worse case scenario concerning their children, but there we found ourselves needing to work with someone for Medical and Financial Power of Attorney prior to this surgery, just in case. Scott made the process easy and explained all the details in a way that everyone understood what we were signing. Our young adult had several questions and a very unique request in the case of their death, while that was hard to talk through, all the questions were answered in a clear and understandable way and the request was added to the documentation, no problem!
