Budman Law, P.C. Introduce
Budman Law, P.C., located at 5105 DTC Pkwy, Greenwood Village, CO 80111, provides legal services, including estate planning and trust preparation. The firm, led by Brian and supported by Jessica, is noted for its professional and compassionate approach to client care.
As part of the "Nearby Lawyers" category, Budman Law, P.C. offers a range of legal services. However, it's important to consider varying client experiences as reflected in the reviews.
One client review highlights a positive experience with the firm's trust preparation services: "My family met with Brian to prepare our Trust. It was a smooth experience and not intimidating at all. I always know that when we call Brian or Jessica regardless of the nature of our call, they will make sure we are taken care of. The firm handles so many different aspects of law and our needs are always taken care of in a professional and welcoming manner. It is rare to find a firm with such compassion. We sincerely recommend them." This testimonial emphasizes the firm's smooth processes and compassionate client service.
However, another review details a billing dispute and dissatisfaction with the service provided: "When making a change in plan (very easy change in trustees), my 85 year old father was charged $1800 and Brian did not change it correctly. His associate wanted to charge us more though there were 4 people including our Edward Jones supports (3) who could confirm it was Brian's error. My friend's estate planner charged $2000 for initial plan and committed that changes would be capped at $400. My name is T Brown. The above is my email address at gmail. I was involved in all communications about the change. We used your services because of your partnership with an Edward Jones office in Louisville. If it is inconvenient for you to service folks in Louisville, you can make that business choice. The reason I would know about the requests of 'client' is that I am the trustee. Perhaps you might consider me a client? Please click on my user name to see invoice." This review raises concerns about billing accuracy and client communication.
The firm's response to the negative review indicates a difference in perspective, stating that the changes were made as requested and that the fees were less than reported. The response also notes that communication was with the client, not the reviewer.
Given the mixed reviews, potential clients should carefully consider their needs and communicate clearly with the firm regarding billing and service expectations. It's recommended to seek further clarification on specific services and fee structures.
The office is located on DTC Parkway in Greenwood Village. They can be reached at (303) 217-2018, or via mobile at +1 303-217-2018.
While Budman Law, P.C. receives praise for its professional and compassionate service in some cases, the billing dispute highlighted in another review suggests that potential clients should exercise caution and ensure clear communication regarding fees and services. Thoroughly discussing expectations and obtaining detailed agreements is recommended.

Response from the owner 7 hours ago Unfortunately we cannot respond to the situation with certainty because the account is under a pseudonym, although we think we know which case this is concerning. If it is the case we believe it is, not only did my office take care of our client’s requested changes, but my office manager even travelled up North (60 minutes each way) in order to facilitate the execution of his documents. Following that, and after providing our client with instructions to properly fund his trust and designate appropriate beneficiaries, he asked us to make further changes to his document. There was no mistakes made by this office. All is very well documented. And, instructions were taken from our client, not from his daughter, so I fail to understand how she knows what happened. Her father expressed extreme gratitude and appreciation for what we did and how we handled the matter. And the fees for this case were significantly less than that which the author (not our client) has stated in her complaint. Should the anonymous author wish to discuss this matter further, she may call Brian directly.
I had called and scheduled an appointment almost a week prior to my first (and only) meeting with Brian. The morning of my appointment they called me and asked if I could come in early since they had a cancelation. I told them I would be in as soon as I was done with the doctor. I arrived at 11:45 (15 mins. earlier than my 12:00 scheduled appointment). Within 30 seconds of saying hello to me, Brian informed me that he had another meeting and may have to cut my appointment short, but that I could come in another time if so. Are you kidding me?! I immediately knew that my business was of no value to him if he was going to tell me that another meeting took precedence over my scheduled appointment time. Also, by telling me that I could just come in another time if we didn't finish today that my time wasn't important to him. Unbelievable!!! No way to run a business w/a first time client. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere!
The Budman’s are amazing people! Their law office is clearly a reflection of that. They are efficient with getting me in and their counsel always keeps me pushing in the right direction! From my experience I would highly recommend them
I was referred to Brian through one of his business partners. I'm grateful to have stumbled upon his office- as he is straightforward and efficient.
