Mr Brian Boney services as an attorney representing me is the second worst experience I’ve ever gone through! The 1st was the actual divorce of 35 years. I hired Mr. William Thode, a seasoned, professional attorney who hired Mr . Boney as an associate. I soon realized Mr. Thode was unpredictable, unprofessional, unpleasant to me! I should have fired him, but I had invested sooo much money already! As we proceeded at least a year and a half. When trial came Mr. William Thode was no where to be found. Even though he promised me to represent me. He turned over to Mr Brian Boney my whole case. Mr. Boney did NOT put in one shred of evidence on my behalf!! The judge found me incapable and incompetent, not believing anything I said. When I was able to get a word in, Mr. Boney would mute me over Zoom Trial. I was left defeated, depleted, depressed and broke. My ex-husband had received most everything. I’m sorry I was so Naive, because I put my future in their hands.😞
Brian is an awesome attorney. He helped me get through a complicated divorce with professionalism and knowledge. Brian is super easy to talk too, he doesn’t drag his feet, he cares about his clients and gets the job done in a timely manner. Divorce is emotional and he understands that and is very supportive! You will not be disappointed.
Mr. Boney advised me to take my ex to court because I was not able to keep up with my bills with my wages be garnished for maintenance and child support. He sold me a pipe dream that we could get my ex to pay me. That's when all the trouble started. I spent countless hours putting together the information the opposing counsel asked for and Mr. Boney never even entered it in to the court destroying my credibility with the judge. We joined the trial virtually while my ex, her lawyer, and the judge were all in the court room. Of course it would be best to be in the court room and that would have been my preference but Mr. Boney had no idea that was an option. The audio did not work and we had to drive to the courtroom to begin the trial. It was a complete debacle. We show up at court and he says he broke his leg and during the trial he could not even stand. His courtroom performance was awful missing details that were clearly apparent. He must have been on pain killers or something. The judge addressed Mr. Boney directly that his conduct was frustrating the court. In the end the ruling increased my child support nearly 4x. I was referred to him by a friend but I sure wish I did my research on him prior to working with him. I am in a much worse position then prior to working with him. RUN AWAY.
Brian was wonderful to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about family law in my county, and he helped me to take the emotion out of several decisions. I was trying too hard to play nice, and he encouraged me to remember that my son's father's finances were his own responsibility, and not mine to worry about. After several months of back and forth on custody, etc, Brian helped us to reach a mutually beneficial agreement. His mediation was extremely helpful, as well as his willingness to be the conduit that kept things neutral. We are now in a good place, with the necessary court papers as top cover to protect all of us. Thank you, Brian!
Unprofessional and doesn't even do the bare minimum let alone follow court orders.
