Bruce T Mcintosh Introduce

Welcome to the Nearby Lawyers platform, your local resource for connecting with legal professionals. Today, we present information regarding Bruce T Mcintosh, an attorney with an office located at 70 S Lake Ave in Pasadena, California. It is important to note that the information provided below is based on online reviews and should be considered carefully by potential clients. Due to the serious nature of the concerns raised in these reviews, we strongly advise users to conduct thorough due diligence before engaging the services of Bruce T Mcintosh.

Based on the limited information available, Bruce T Mcintosh operates his legal practice in Pasadena, situated on South Lake Avenue, a well-known commercial and professional area. The physical environment of his office, while not described in detail by reviewers, is likely a standard professional setting expected of a legal practice. However, the reviews raise significant concerns that overshadow the physical location.

The services purportedly offered by Bruce T Mcintosh appear to encompass areas such as real estate disputes and eviction cases, as indicated by the first review. In this instance, the client's wife was involved in a dispute with her sister over a jointly purchased condo. The reviewer states that Bruce T Mcintosh assured his wife he would recover the property and that the opposing party would pay wages. However, the outcome described was highly unfavorable for the client, who alleges that Mr. Mcintosh charged $30,000 only for them to lose the case. Furthermore, the reviewer claims that the other party also took $30,000 from his wife's bank account and continued to take a percentage of her wages. The reviewer strongly advises caution before signing any contract with what they describe as "dishonest lawyers," directly referring to Bruce T Mcintosh.

The second review paints an even more concerning picture of Bruce T Mcintosh's professional practices. This reviewer identifies Mr. Mcintosh primarily as an "appearance attorney" for a "Paralegal service" named "AAA Lessor Services." The reviewer alleges that Mr. Mcintosh essentially lends his signature to documents prepared by AAA Lessor Services and appears in court when necessary. This practice is explicitly labeled as "illegal and unethical" for an attorney. The reviewer further states that this would be less problematic if AAA Lessor Services provided quality work, but this is implied not to be the case. The review also notes that Mr. Mcintosh shares an office with AAA Lessor Services and maintains another office on Lake Avenue. The reviewer opines that Mr. Mcintosh is "about as qualified as the owners of AAA Lessor Services" and is only successful when he anticipates cases will be "rubber stamped" by the court.

A particularly troubling aspect highlighted in the second review is the alleged behavior of Mr. Mcintosh in response to negative feedback. The reviewer claims that Mr. Mcintosh spends an "exorbitant amount of time trying to take down and oppose bad reviews" and solicits positive reviews from friends and colleagues. The reviewer suggests that if Mr. Mcintosh dedicated this time to being a "quality attorney," these negative reviews might not exist. This accusation raises serious questions about transparency and the integrity of online representations of his services.

Given these serious allegations, it is challenging to identify positive "features" or offer any form of positive "promotional information" for Bruce T Mcintosh based solely on the provided reviews. Instead, the overwhelming sentiment from these accounts serves as a stark warning. Potential clients should be acutely aware of the reported unethical practices, the alleged overcharging and loss of a case, and the concerning accusations regarding the handling of negative feedback and the quality of legal services provided in conjunction with AAA Lessor Services.

The environment of Bruce T Mcintosh's practice appears to be closely linked with AAA Lessor Services, potentially sharing office space and, according to one reviewer, operating in a manner where Mr. Mcintosh's role is primarily to provide his signature and make court appearances based on work prepared by the paralegal service. This arrangement, as described, is deemed unethical and potentially illegal by one reviewer, raising significant concerns about the level of direct legal expertise and attention a client might receive from Mr. Mcintosh himself.

In light of the strongly negative feedback and serious ethical concerns raised in the available online reviews, we cannot, in good faith, offer any positive promotional information for Bruce T Mcintosh. Instead, we must emphasize the critical need for potential clients to exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough independent research. This research should include verifying his standing with the California State Bar, seeking additional reviews from various sources, and potentially consulting with other legal professionals before making any decisions about engaging his services.

If you are a local user in Pasadena seeking legal assistance, the information presented here suggests that you should proceed with extreme caution regarding Bruce T Mcintosh. The allegations of unethical practices, significant financial loss for a client, and the questionable relationship with a paralegal service warrant serious consideration and thorough investigation before entrusting him with your legal matters. We strongly recommend exploring other options within the Pasadena legal community to find a lawyer with a more verifiable positive reputation and ethical standing.

In summary, based on the available online reviews, here are some points to consider regarding Bruce T Mcintosh:

  • Office located in Pasadena, CA.
  • Accusations of overcharging and losing a case with a negative financial outcome for the client.
  • Allegations of unethical practice by primarily acting as an appearance attorney for a paralegal service.
  • Concerns raised about the quality of legal services provided in conjunction with AAA Lessor Services.
  • Accusations of attempting to suppress negative reviews and solicit positive ones.

Given the serious nature of the feedback, potential clients are strongly advised to exercise significant caution and conduct extensive due diligence before considering engaging the legal services of Bruce T Mcintosh. Exploring alternative legal representation in the Pasadena area is highly recommended to ensure your legal needs are handled ethically and competently.

My Wife had an argument  with her sister of the condo they bought together with the down payment of their parents. However the title was on the name of the sister. Sister started to evict my wife.  Bruce assured my wife he would get back the condo. And the other party  would pay the wages.  He conned  my wife to also take responsibility of her eviction case then Bruce charged my wife $30,000 just to lose the case. The other party also took $30,000 from her bank account. And still taking twenty five percent of her wag The condo worth  about $700 Monthly.  My advice is that before signing any contact with these dishonest lawyers be careful!

Attorney Bruce T. McIntosh is primarily an appearance attorney for the "Paralegal service" "AAA Lessor Services". Basically, McIntosh signs his name on documents that AAA Lessor Services prepares, and appears in court if necessary - this is illegal and unethical for an attorney to do this. It would be one thing if AAA Lessor Services actually did quality work. Besides sharing an office with AAA Lessor Services he also has another office up the street on Lake Ave. McIntosh is about as qualified as the owners of AAA Lessor Services (the Doolittle family), and can only be successful when he knows he will get things rubber stamped. Also McIntosh seems to spend an exorbitant amount of time trying to take down and oppose bad reviews (there have been multiple), and getting his friends and colleagues to post positive reviews. Maybe if he spent as much time being a quality attorney, we wouldn't have such a problem with him.

A UCLA law grad with 40 years of experience, Bruce knows the law, the judges, and is one of the smartest attorneys I know. I have used him many times, and have always been satisfied with the quality of his legal work and his razor sharp wit.
