Horrible customer service. It felt like a movie. Today when I called a receptionist named Joe or jol had answered with a depressing voice. He asked what I needed. I had told him my dad who is a client of the firm had a question. We were both talking in Spanish which is fine but when he told me he talks/speaks English I felt more comfortable speaking to him in English. He then laughed and said why would I speak to him in English I have a bad accent and shouldn’t speak to him like that. I was raised here since I was 5. I may not have the perfect English but I know English more than Spanish and felt more comfortable speaking it. I felt so outraged when he laughed. I told him even if I did have an accent no one should make such a horrible comment working for a law firm. He laughed and said this calls are not recorded and hung up. Definitely taking a visit tomorrow.
HORRIBLES experience We traveled from San Francisco to Los Angeles after being told over the phone that we were eligible, only to be turned away once we arrived ( WE DIDNT LAST EVEN 20 MINUTES)They wasted our entire day just to say we weren’t eligible after all. Completely HORRIBLE LAW FIRM—I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone!
My mom has been with the law firm for almost two years. They have been amazing. We had one hiccup along the road and they fixed the problem almost immediately. They have always been kind when we go to the office and answer all questions we have even without an appointment.
