If I could give zero stars, I would. Communication was nearly impossible—calls and emails went unanswered. Instead of addressing valid concerns, he responded with threats of legal action over honest reviews. He was dismissive, unprofessional, and even dishonest in his public responses. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
I called to book a consultation, filled out the form they sent me, but Brian didn’t show up for the meeting. I called his office again, spoke with an assistant who assured me someone would follow up, but weeks have passed with no response—just daily marketing emails. Ironically, these emails lack an unsubscribe link, which is illegal. I’ve emailed them multiple times asking to be removed from their list, but they continue to ignore my requests. I’m glad I haven’t hired them to represent me

One of my biggest fears when hiring an attorney was the cost. I was worried that I was going to get hit with ridiculous fees. With Brian D. Perskin & Associates, this was not the case at all. I was kept in the loop and made aware of how much things would cost along the way. There weren’t any frivolous fees and unlike my ex, I was never held hostage, with work grinding to a stop unless I made a payment the minute I was sent an invoice. Brian and Janie are terrific attorneys. You can tell they love what they do and truly want to help.
